-Hemp Seed Oil – 100 mg

-Hemp Seed Powder – 100 mg

-Omega-3 Fatty Acids (Flaxseed, Hemp, Lecithin) – 85 mg

-L-Tryptophan – 50 mg

-Omega-9 Fatty Acids (Flaxseed, Hemp, Lecithin) – 40 mg

-Chamomile – 6 mg

-Thiamine Mononitrate – 6 mg

-Ginger – 1 mg

-Melatonin – 0.01 mg

Inactive Ingredients:

Brewers Dried Yeast, Canola Oil, Dried Potato Product, Glycerin, Lecithin, Mixed Tocopherols, Natural Flavoring, Rosemary Extract, Sorbic Acid, Tapioca Starch, Vegetable Oil, Water.
